MBABANE – Academic Solution Group hosted the first Eswatini Strong Leadership Workshop at the American Corner of the Manzini Library and it brought together 17 organisations.
This happened on Saturday and it is said the aim was to aid non-governmental organisations in developing a strategy for impact by focusing on strategic alignment and organisational expansion through innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
The organisations that shared insightful information during the workshop include Lulote BMEP, Techno Friends Eswatini and Eswatini Coding School. They were all working collaboratively in aligning the missions and projects to the visions of each organization while ensuring the highest impact on their beneficiaries and the communities they serve.
Lend a Hand Charitable Foundation appreciated the Academic Solution Group on their Facebook page for the opportunity to be educated on such important aspects.
“We would like to thank the Academic Solutions Group for organising and inviting us to participate in this workshop which provided collaborative solutions for our organisation to achieve its goals for sustainable growth and enhanced performance. We would also like to thank Khayalakhe Matsebula and Nokwazi Dlamini for their remarkable representation of our organization,” reads the post.
