MBABANE– Golden boy Sands has promised his fans and music lovers new collaborations and new music.
This he did on his various social media platforms describing what could be termed from Afro-Soul to House music to music to the world.
The term best describes award-winning and multi-talented Sandziso ‘Sands Matsebula’s latest move, as he recently jumped onto the House bandwagon and recorded a song with one of SA’s renowned House music producer, Mr. Brown SA.
In an interview with Sands manager Melusi ‘Zox’ Dlamini, he confirmed the news. He mentioned that the artist just returned from a recording session this past weekend.
When probed on how the collaboration came about, he said, “Sands and Mr. Brown have mutual acquaintances in the industry, and it is in those spaces where collaborations are likely to happen.
“The artist is very versatile and can work with any artist and do any sound as long as they have a connection with each other. For instance, what he did with the song where he collaborated with Zolani Mahola (former Freshly Ground member) is totally different from what he did with
“SA Music Producer Mr. Brown. It is important to exercise being versatile,” said Dlamini.
Furthermore, Sands on numerous occasions mentioned that times change and music evolves which is why it is important to stay relevant at the same time with the people who follow him.
Sands shared that the song in question was currently under production and was recently recorded. The release date will soon be announced.
