MBABANE – About 21 contestants made it during the elimination of the Mother of All Gospel Show Talent Search that took place last Friday at Manzini Worship Centre.
It is worth mentioning that only five will be selected after the last round of elections to be held this weekend. The auditions were held in all four regions of the country.
The five finalists will record their music live at the Mother of All Gospel Festival, which will be held next Saturday.
The artists’ workshop will be held from 9am to 3pm, while the festival will start at 6pm and last until 6am the next day.
When reached for comment, the brains behind the concept Gospel artist Ndunduzo Matse said, “This has been a fantastic journey for the aspiring artists in the country since this talent search is to spot and nurture talent. They have learned a lot in this talent search from the greatest in the gospel industry, including the legendary Sipho Big Fish Makhabane, who is part of the judges panel.”
The 21 were chosen from the 30 who participated in the auditions. The 21 rising stars who are through to the finale next week are:

This year, the Mother of All Gospel Shows will be held on April 27 at the Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre. Tickets to the show are now available. Early Bird tickets cost E150. Worth noting is that tickets at the gate will cost E200. Tickets are available online and on MTN MoMo; there are no physical tickets for now.
