MANKAYANE – The Ministry of Public Works and Transport is extremely busy in the Kingdom, as while commissioning new roads in rural areas, other roads are being completed, while some are being revamped. Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini yesterday conducted a tour of the ongoing construction of the MR13 Nhlangano-Sicunusa road. The 42.5kms road stretch is now at 40% completion and will service communities including Gege and Magubheleni. It is projected to be completed in July 2023.

Speaking during the tour, Prime Minister Dlaimini said, “We hope that the communities are happy to see this project continue. It’s true that it wasn’t an ideal situation to see the project stall but we are glad that it has resumed now and we hope everything will go well. I look forward to coming back here again to see even further progress.”
