This was unveiled by the Chief Executive Officer at Sincephetelo MVA Fund Mfanimpela Myeni last week. Myeni said there is still a need for eight more vehicles to ensure that there is better coverage on all Eswatini roads.

“We would like to pass our gratitude to the Ministry of Health for the continued cooperation for the benefit of Emaswati. The ambulances are intended for road crash response and are spread out throughout the country. However, we need to prevent the occurrence of accidents on our roads,” he said.

Myeni said platforms like the Ingwenyama Cup present an opportunity for awareness of road safety issues.

“As we were travelling to the stadiums, we told everyone there to observe road safety, particularly to avoid overloading as we normally see people sitting improperly. We encourage all fans and teams to observe safety,” he said.

The Seamless Sincephetelo Strategy was part of the project that was launched by MVA in November 2023, which will lead to ISO 9001: 2015 Certification. The project involved the adoption of a Quality Management System (QMS) where Myeni said the delivery of a Quality Management System will not just be about a set of rules and procedures, but an integral part of the organisation’s “The Last mile” phase of Seamless Sincephetelo Strategy 20/24.
