MBABANE– Get ready to rock the house!
Patrons of House Music Festival’s fourth edition would be pleased to know that two South African acts have promised fireworks tomorrow.
Taking to his Instagram stories earlier today award-winning DJ and stable owner Oskido promised nothing but the best for emaSwati.
“I will be bringing a live band and it will get messy. I hope Eswatini is ready because there are going to be fireworks,” he wrote on his Instagram story accessed by over a million people.
This is not going to be house heads’ first time in the country; he will be performing along the likes of Crooks, The Bishops, DJ Zinhle and Oscar Mbo among others.
Another South African act that promised a good time was Oscar Mbo, the crowd favorite also took to his Instagram and posted his gig guide for the weekend and captioned the story ‘Eswatini hope you are ready’.
This was well received by many locals as they screen-grabbed the story, circulated it and responded in the affirmative.
Oscar Mbo was last in the country late last year when he performed for over 300 people at Solanis Shisanyama. He has also become popular on Tik Tok for his electric dancing mid-set.
Having made a major comeback; the fourth edition of the highly acclaimed House Music Fest has gained steady momentum from the day its dates were revealed to the public.
Boasting a feisty line up already, the festival is currently the most talked about and anticipated event in the country, judging by the social media platforms shares and posts over 80 per cent locals have shown interest in the two day event.
South African DJ Zinhle who is also a businesswoman was announced as part of the line-up for this year’s House Music Fest that will be held at Manzini Club on March 25.
Worth noting is that this event is made possible by Swazi Boy Entertainment and Swazi Origin Fresh (SOFRESH).
It is one of the biggest local events in the history of House music in the country. The previous event was held at Manzini Club last year on March 23.
The headline act was South African music duo Black Motion which played alongside Chymamusique, DJ Soul B and !Sooks to name a few.
