This is Eswatini-born Amapiano DJ and entertainer, Uncle Waffles, who barely a week after being embraced by Ciara, has caught the attention of internationally renowned RnB and pop star Beyoncé.
Beyoncé kicked off her performance in Stockholm yesterday, dancing to Uncle Waffles’ ‘Tanzania’ song.
This was caught on videos which have been trending on YouTube and all over social media.
Netizens excitedly took the news to the internet, applauding Uncle Waffles, birth name Lungelihle Zwane, on her strides and being recognised by historic names in the global entertainment industry.
In the meantime, Uncle Waffles is slated to headline the upcoming Pop Sunday-themed ‘The Dragon’s Dan’.
The upcoming Pop Sunday event on May 14, 2023, is set to be a big one. Not only is Uncle Waffles headlining the event but the team behind Pop Sunday is aiming for fun lovers from across the border.
