MBABANE– Two young and upcoming artists are set to put Siphofaneni on the map with their new hit song, set to drop soon.
The duo is working on a song titled ‘Hard Hustle’ which will highlight the hardships of coming up in the industry and how unfair the journey has been and how people have tried stopping them from their dreams, not just only music but also in life.
The ‘Hard Hustle’ will then outline where you want to be in the future, a motivation and inspiration to other artists who are struggling.
In this work of art Nine Four Beats and Tn$ Savvy at Wise Eagle Records helped produce the song and it will be available in all digital stores and platforms.
The lead artist, Sibusiso Shongwe born and bred in Phonjwane under the Siphofaneni constituency popularly known as ‘Bless’.
In his early life, he did poetry and grew up listening to different kinds of genres but did not have a favorite.
“ Poetry and arts started off as an idea at first back in secondary school where I was intrigued with the idea of delivering a long message through poetry that is how I started to become a Person Of Extra Ordinary project,” he said when explaining his journey.
His music and poetry have had the privilege of being played on Eswatini Broadcasting Services (EBIS) radio station and the chance of bagging an exclusive interview on Eswatini Television.
Meanwhile, Tebogo Makube known as ‘Teeking’ grew up in Matsapha, and now he resides in Phonjwane just before Siphofaneni. He is an RNB trap artist open to other genres.
“I started singing in church that is where my singing talent developed and then I started doing RNB in 2018 and recorded my first song titled ‘Love You Baby’,” he said when looking back on his musical journey. The two artists are hoping to unite people and artists with their collaboration which is anticipated to be the in the country.
