BONGINKOSI NTSHALINTSHALI JOINS JA AFRICA PRESIDENTS IN UGANDA

MBABNE- Hitting the ground running!

The newly announced President of Junior Achievement Alumni Eswatini, Bonginkosi Ntshalintshali, is set to make a significant impact on the future of young leaders in Africa.

Yesterday, he left Eswatini en route to Kampala, Uganda, where he will be joining other JA Africa Presidents of Alumni for a boot camp and training session, from June 29 – 2 July 2023.

According to JA Eswatini, Bonginkosi’s journey with them began in 2019 when he started participating in the program during his time at Ka Schiele high school. He quickly became involved in various aspects of the organization, including entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and job shadowing programs.

In 2019, Bonginkosi and his team participated in the JA company program and successfully opened a company that focused on wetlands management and water purification. Bonginkosi took on the role of Sales & Marketing manager within the company, showcasing his leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

JA Eswatini stated that his dedication and passion for business and entrepreneurship led him to be admitted into Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in 2021, where he is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Management.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Bonginkosi has also been selected to be part of the Global JA Youth Advisors Program in 2023. This program allows young leaders from around the world to exchange ideas and collaborate on transforming JA Africa over the next 5 years.

JA Eswatini added that not only is Bonginkosi actively involved in Junior Achievement, but he is also a budding entrepreneur. He currently owns two registered businesses. His first business, Hlobi Foods, is an agriculture venture that focuses on the sourcing, packaging, and distribution of honey to retail outlets. His second business, Fortunate Dynamics, is a fintech company that compares financial products and ensures clients receive the best finance options available.

As Bonginkosi embarks on his journey to Uganda, he is determined to unlock possibilities for the next generation of young leaders in Africa. With his diverse experiences in entrepreneurship, business management, and leadership, he is well-equipped to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of young people in Eswatini and beyond.

Indeed, the future is undeniably in the hands of the youth. With dedicated individuals like Bonginkosi Ntshalintshali leading the way, we can be confident that Africa’s next generation of leaders will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to drive positive change in their communities and beyond.
