… No hole-in-one winner as 44 golfers miss out on E1 000 prize

MBABANE– Golfer Brian Mayisela defended his Futis trophy with an excellent score of 39 points, bettering his previous score by one shot.
On a bright summer day at the Mbabane Golf Course, Mayisela beat 44 other golfers to win the competition. Coming second was Mbabane Golf Club Secretary Thabiso Gama on level par 36 points, winning on count back over Sifiso Nxumalo.
Mandla Dlamini on 35 points beats Clement Dlamini on the countback to complete the top five of the day.
There was no winner of the E1 000 hole-in-one prize dangled in one of the holes.
Mayisela won the January Futis tournament with an excellent score of 38 points, beating 34 other golfers. Coming second in the previous edition was Zwelisha Dlamini on 37 points while Ephraim Kunene played a level par 36 points to finish third. Vusi Norman Dlamini and Albert Mavuso completed the top five tied on 35 points with the former winning on the count back.
