CAF CONFIRMS SIHLANGU KICK-OFF TIME AGAINST ANGOLA, MAURITIUS

MBABANE – The National team, Sihlangu will face Angola at 4pm on June 7 and Mauritius at 1pm four days later during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers match day three and four in away matches.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) released the dates and kick-off times for all the match days three and four to be played during the FIFA week including those of Sihlangu who are in Group D with five other countries.

Sihlangu that is currently in camp at the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) Lobamba Technical Centre will face Cameroon, Angola, Libya, Mauritius and Cape Verde in Group D of the qualifiers.

Nine African teams are guaranteed to compete at the World Cup. Another will participate in the Play-off Tournament as the global showpiece will host 48 teams for the first time ever in 2026. Sihlangu is currently at the bottom of the six team log without a point while Cameroon top the group with four points after two matches.
