MBABANE – A Korean-based church, Dong Tan Zion Methodist Church, made a significant donation of over E18 900 to Gateway International Assemblies, a church located in LaMgabhi, Etiyeni.
This generous gift was made possible through the World Vision and Korea partnership. The donation was presented during a prayer service held at the church, and will be used to benefit the community of LaMgabhi. This donation is a testament to the power of faith-based organisations to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are less privileged.
During the presentation of the donation, Apostle Daniel Mavuso, the leader of Gateway International Assemblies, expressed his gratitude to World Vision for choosing LaMgabhi as one of the communities to benefit from their programmes. He emphasised the importance of this support for the local community, and the potential it has to make a real difference in people’s lives.
“We truly understand that is blessing we received today is possible because you chose our constituency to be one of the areas you support. We’re truly grateful and shall use this benefaction as a contribution towards building our church’s infrastructure”, Mavuso said.
The visit of Dong Tan Zion Methodist Church and World Vision Korea has left a lasting impression on the people of Lamgabhi, according to Mavuso.
