MBABANE – The Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration Commission (CMAC) will be hosting   the annual labour law seminar, with an intention to raise awareness on labour issues in the country.

This year’s seminar, themed “Enhancing Harmony in the Workplace,” will take place on 21 and 22 March 2024 at the Happy Valley Hotel.

CMAC will be sharing its work and vision with the public, and to foster dialogue and discussion on labour law issues. With a wide range of speakers and panelists, the seminar is sure to be informative and engaging.

The Annual Labour Law Seminar seeks to facilitate thought leadership in the labour relations environment. This will be achieved through the delivery of research papers, survey results, and presentations on topical industrial relations matters.

The seminar will provide a valuable forum for the exchange of ideas and insights on the current and future state of labour law. The Seminar continuously intends to provide Eswatini Stakeholders with insight, which enable them to be at the forefront of best practices.

The Annual Labour Law Seminar targets a diverse group of delegates, including international speakers, social partners, labour organizations, employers, employment relations specialists, judges and attorneys, HR practitioners, employer organizations, union officials, shop stewards, and university students.

The organizers of the seminar invite all these groups to attend, to learn and network with the best practitioners in the field, and to visit the exhibition stands.
