MBABANE – Customers first!
This is the mandate of the Eswatini Competition Commission on which they are hosting a Customer Service webinar tomorrow, on the October 5, 2022. The webinar is co-hosted by the Ombudsman of Financial Services Eswatini.
The commission has been hosting the webinar on Customer Service Week since 2021. The event, which is called the Celebrate Service seminar, will be held from 12 noon to 2pm tomorrow. The theme for the webinar is ‘Navigating Emerging Consumer Complaints in the New Normal’ and it will be streamed live on Eswatini Competition Commission’s social media platforms.
Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October when customer-oriented organisations and institutions around the world recognize the importance of customer service excellence to their organizations.
Speakers and panellists during the webinar will include Nondumiso Simelane who is the Ombudsman of Financial Services Eswatini, Milagrosa Mondlane who is the Standards Development Officer at Eswatini Standards Authority (SWASA), Ncamsile Shongwe from the Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Oliver Museka who is founder and Executive Director of the Institute of Research Management & Development (IRDM), Raymond Masimula who is a Case Manager at the Central Bank of Eswatini and Linda Dlamini who is Manager of Consumer Protection at Eswatini Competition Commission.
The speakers are expected to cover the important aspects of competition and consumer protections from the different angles of expertise. More reporting on the Customer Service webinar in tomorrow’s publication.
