When reached for comment, Umkhokheli Mpumi Motsa, who is one of the main organisers of the event, shared with this publication that all ladies are welcome at the event. She said, “As promised, the fourth edition of the Pastors’ Wives Dinner Discussions is bold, unconventional, and breaks stereotypes. We introduce to you Connie Ferguson as one of our speakers for April.”

She went on to add, “It is common knowledge that financial dependency is the main enabler of gender-based violence (GBV). Ferguson will treat a topic on ‘Creating Family Wealth’ to capacitate the pastors’ wives and other women, young and old, to work hard and impact the world with their God-given talents.”
