MBABANE– The stars are definitely aligning for influencer and MC Yellow Swazi this year.
From hitching her biggest bag yet with DSTV Eswatini and now launching her YouTube channel, there is no stopping the country’s golden girl.
Earlier this week through her Instagram stories, she announced that she is going to be dropping her first video on her YouTube channel which was officially launched last year.
“Stay tuned on my pages to see when my first video will go live on my YouTube channel, I cannot wait to welcome you to my world,” said the content creator when addressing her supporters.
Her fans are in for a treat as the MC finally makes her YouTube channel, judging by her social media updates. She has done amazing work with Pop Sunday, and Social Media Awards among others.
Meanwhile, social media expert Nomthantazo Magagula said it is always a good time for anyone to open a YouTube channel.
“Yes, it is, if you know what you are doing. You need to choose a realistic niche that you can get into. If there are too many YouTubers within that niche, do not pursue it (vlogging) great niches are financial videos, educational, gaming, and entertainment. Make sure your videos are not going to get you demonetized, or will deter away sponsors from your content,” she said.
In addition, she said YouTubers need to make sure that they have good equipment and know how to produce quality videos. “Doing just that will put you leap years ahead of the other YouTubers that produce meme videos and instantly lose all their popularity within a year. Make sure you keep up with the trends using Google trends and ensure that you are consistently uploading,” she said.
