MBABANE – Ngwane Hip Hop artist Diba Diba will be touring different regions as he embarks on his Macansi Tour.
Diba Diba, real name Banele Dlamini, is a hip hop artist from Kingdom of Eswatini known for his soulful music in vernacular and making a household name for himself in the music industry.
During an interview with the rapper, he revealed he would be touring regionally throughout 2023.
“Macansi Tour 2022/2023 is basically about me performing in different venues and regions. The tour kicked off last month (November) at Pixies Next Chapter in Ntabamhloshana.
“This is the first leg of the tour which means I will be touring locally for the rest of 2023. Macansi Tour is going international,” said Dlamini.
Dlamini further revealed the purpose of the tour was to reconnect with his fans.
“I have always appreciated the support from fans and I feel I owe it to them to share my musical journey with them and also interact and connect with my audience because I am and have always been for the people,” said the rapper.
The rapper further mentioned that music was the most powerful thing in the world which had the power to unite.
“Music unites us. We relate and connect with each other through the stories we tell through art.
“So far, I have been working with Ngwane Hop Originals, Life Time Music Empire, Graphic Gurus and Hookline Music to promote the tour. More partners will be revealed during the course of the tour including our international partners and affiliates.
Dlamini said that his fans should expect nothing but the best from him.
“My fans should expect nothing but magic, great music, great choreography in true Ngwane Hop style not forgetting great siSwati lyricism and a whole lot of fun,” said Dlamini.
