MBABANE – Ekupheleni Clinic has won the Health Care of the Year award at the Eswatini Customer Service Awards.
The clinic shared the exciting news on their Facebook page, saying it is an honour to receive such recognition and they are proud of their committed staff. “We couldn’t be prouder of our team’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional healthcare and unmatched customer service at every step. This award is a testament to the blood, sweat, and even tears we poured into making each patient’s experience exceptional”, reads the post.
It is said Ekuphileni Clinic was having powerful cancer awareness sessions in different organisations during the customer service month in honour of Breast Cancer Month as well. The purpose was to create a community that is well-informed and equipped to fight the devastating disease by spreading health tips.
The organisations that were visited include, Royal Science Technology Park, Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation, Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA), Galp Eswatini and the Times of Eswatini.
