MBABANE– Jobs galore at this year’s Megasound Picnic!
This was revealed by Megasound Director Samkelo Zulu to this reporter when sought for comment on this year’s available opportunities at the picnic event.
“This year we have a lot of available posts that include bouncers, servers, staff and coordinators that will be working at the Megasound Picnics. We have also opened up stall applications for emaSwati who would like to sell their wares at the event so I hope that people will use this opportunity and apply on time,” said Zulu.
The Annual Megasound Picnic date was confirmed today to take place on September 30, 2023.
The Director further thanked partners who have made the event sustainable.
“We first and foremost would like to thank the partners we have had since we started and those that have joined us along the way as we create a sustainable experience for all our stakeholders.
“During the last three Picnic events, we had more corporate sectors coming in and that gives us an impetus to keep going despite the challenges we come across whilst coordinating an event. Emaswati have kept supporting our programs throughout the year as Megasound, and we look forward to ushering them into the summer the best way we know how at the Megasound Picnic,” said Zulu.
Zulu continued to add that the entertainment line-up shall be released in stages as tickets announcements are made. He also mentioned that local stall owners can start registering their stalls on the megasound email: megasoundpicnic@gmail.com.
