MBABANE- Barbosa Classic Founder will soon be reaping the fruits of his hard work!
Bodybuilder and fitness trainer, Arnaldo Barbosa is ready to hoist Eswatini’s flag in the United Kingdom for the Physical Culture Association (PCA) World Championships in November 20, 2022.
This comes after Barbosa qualified and won gold in PCA African Championships held in Cape Town earlier last month.
The Physical Culture Association (PCA) is a leader in the bodybuilding and fitness industry with a passion for the sporting lifestyle, committed to continuously strengthening the brand, whilst improving the competitor and spectator experience to exceed existing expectations.
During an interview with Barbosa, who told his journey on bodybuilding, he revealed that he had been training for 13 years and then he became a body builder.
“My first show as a bodybuilder was in 2012 in Cape Town. Bodybuilding is a practice that requires discipline and that has helped me to achieve goals that I had set for myself like losing weight, improving my morale and self-esteem,” said Barbosa.
Barbosa mentioned that he had a lot of respect for body builders because they did what most people could not do.
“I am a qualified personal trainer and I get joy when I see my clients getting results of their desired weight goal through my assistance,” said Barbosa.
Barbosa requested for financial assistance or sponsorship from emaSwati after he qualified for PCA earlier in September. He said that he had managed to raise 65 per cent of the E30 000 he needed to make his trip to the United Kingdom possible and he appreciated all who had supported him so far.
