MBABANE – The Eswatini Creators Awards (ECA) today announced the two hosts for the much anticipated awards, which will be held on Saturday.
The hosts are Zindzi Thwala and Phila ‘P.h.D’Dlamini. The fourth edition of the Eswatini Creators Awards will be held at Sharma House in Ezulwini. The theme this year is African Bling.
The news was confirmed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Swazi Boy, Nokwanda Sibandze, who alluded to the fact the two hosts were veterans on stage and needed no introduction.” The hosts of ECA need no introduction; they have been on big stages. The evening will surely be entertaining with these two at the helm. Go get your outfits ready, as the theme states, African Bling.”
Sibandze shared with this publication that tickets are still available for E150 at Sdeez Mbabane and Manzini.
According to the PRO, nominees are not expected to pay for entry. Doors will open at 4 p.m.
Last year, the awards were held at the Happy Valley Hotel. The first and second editions of the awards were held at Sharma House.
Swazi Boy released the top five in each of the 23 categories of creatives for the upcoming Creators Awards a few weeks ago.
It’s worth mentioning that last year there were 30 categories; this was done to ensure inclusivity.
