Founder and Director Lungile Motsa said the beautiful event to be hosted in September at Olive Country Lodge a spacious countryside estate, aims to bring a variety of wines, MCCs, PROSECCO, CHAMPAGNE Eswatini in a colourful event curated for guests to sip, savour and explore a vast selection of wines.

“We have always had to cross the border for events and experiences such as these.  We are delighted to be bringing this concept to Emaswati. Through the relationships we have established with our suppliers over the years their response to this concept has been nothing short of amazing,” she said.

When elaborating further she said, the boutique was born out of a passion for the hospitality industry in which she worked for 17 years.

“It was also the love for good food and excellent wine we brainstormed with my husband, hence it is a family-owned business. But it actually took shape in Windhoek, Namibia where we lived for six years because we joined a wine club while we were there. We learnt so much about wines but we took it further by enrolling for a Wine Course at The Cape Wine Academy soon after we opened The Wine Boutique 7 years ago,” said Motsa.

The event is said to bring colour, diversity and a dynamic space for collaborations and innovation as they take this concept to greater heights from this year and onwards.

“There will be a food court with a lot of delicious food prepared by Olive Country Lodge, a whiskey and cigar lounge, a beer garden, a mixologist, spring fashion and lingerie, and live entertainment including poetry amongst other things,” assured Motsa.
