MBABANE- Nostalgic!
South African DJ and music producer Euphonik took Emaswati down memory lane yesterday when he took to his Twitter account to share the Khala Mdumbadumbane slogan ‘Lapha kuse Coronation Park eceleni kwase Prince of Whales eMbabane eSwazini’.
Euphonik, real name Themba Nkosi, sent emaSwati on a sharing spree on the popular and most loved radio piece of all time which was spread far and wider than the Kingdom’s border.
Nkosi has been in the music industry since 2004 when he joined forces and produced an album with Dj Kent, calling it Kentphonik. He also doubled as a radio DJ on YFM doing radio mixes. The DJ has travelled the world and has played in places such as New York, Miami, Dubai, Spain and all around the Africa Continent. In 2013 Euphonik’s song with DJ Fresh and Nyanda ‘Cool and Deadly’ rose to number one on the 5FM top 40.
In another light people thought he was hinting that he might be visiting the Kingdom of Eswatini.
