MBABANE– It’s a time to unwind, kick-back, regroup and reconnect this April with more holidays within the month.
After the Passover celebrations, Farm to Table event will give poetry and acoustic lovers a chance to mingle and get free on the open mic session.
A free drink ushers you into the event that will be held at Farm To Table, Nandos building on April 15, 2023.
The event is an initiative by Mic’d Emotions and caters to acoustic music, poetry and food lovers.
Event Organiser Siyabonga Dlamini mentioned to this reporter that Firefly winner Sarnilo and Poetic Dime would be the main entertainment on the day.
“We will first have an open mic session where aspiring artists (poets and musicians) will showcase their skills on stage, followed by our headlining acts, Sarnilo and Poetic Dime will deliver a fusion of thought provoking and spine-chilling live music.
“Our main acts need no introduction. Sarnilo is a talented musician and is also the winner of MTN Bushfire Firefly winner and Poetic Dime is a thought-provoking word smith and a celebrated seasoned Eswatini poet,” said Dlamini. Entrance fee is E80.
