MBABANE– With the start of the new football season, the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) has announced that the first registration window will close on Friday, October 6, 2023. This means that all teams have until the end of business day to register players for the new season.
Football clubs have been reminded that the registration of players is to be implemented electronically via the FIFA/ EFA connect platforms, and clubs were empowered on how to use the online registration platform.
In a statement released by the EFA, it was highlighted that the registration system requires that payment for the registration of players must be done in advance. Payment for the registration of players can be done via the EFA Nedbank account number 20000025896, Mbabane branch. They can also use the Momo account 78701541. The references for both accounts must be the name of the football club.
The EFA has alerted all football clubs to ensure that all players are registered on time so that they can start playing for their respective teams . Additionally, in the case of any challenges that may arise during the registration process, football clubs have been advised to contact the regional associations’ offices for assistance.
As the window period draws to an end, all Eswatini football clubs are urged to ensure that they complete the registration process, adhere to the payment procedures, and access the necessary support when needed.
