MBABANE– Start the year on a high note!
The Albert Millin at the Mbabane Club will be hosting a New Year’s Day party on January 1, 2023.
This is the first event announced for the year 2023 so far and is the ultimate party to start the New Year.
When sought for comment about the party, event organiser Mthunzi ‘Shadow’ Zwane said that as organisers they had to cater for everyone.
“There are a lot of crossover shows and a majority of people will either be in church or at events. This is why we decided on having a celebration of the New Year on the first day instead of making it a crossover so as to cater for families who will be at church on the 31st of December and those who want to have a day time chill and start the year on a high note,” said Zwane.
The organiser further mentioned there was a theme to the event and group friendly.
“The theme is all white, old school party .The venue will be set up with white couches and a transparent marquee. The party is for the more mature crowd who enjoy old school music. We will have the best DJs on the turning the tables dishing out yester-year hits.
“There are VIP packages if you come in a group starting from four people. A transparent marquee will provide shelter for fun lovers,” said Zwane.
