MBABANE – Government has introduced five communications officers for five different Ministries.
The communications officers were introduced today by the office of the Government Spokesperson and they are already hitting the ground running in their respective Ministries, where they have been deployed.
Zanele Dlamini has been deployed to the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office (DPMO), where she will be replacing Mihla Khumalo, who joined Eswatini Higher Education Council (ESHEC). Former Eswatini Observer Journalist Andile Dlamini has been deployed to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, where she will replace Deputy Government Spokesperson Thabile Mdluli.
Sandiso Malinga has been deployed to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, replacing Mayibongwe Dlamini. Former Times of Eswatini Sports Journalist Nsindiso Tsabedze will be working at the Ministry of Health, taking over a position previously occupied by Nomfundo Dlamini. Another former Eswatini Observer Journalist Lindokuhle Lukhele will be stationed at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, replacing her former colleague in Lungelo Nkambule, who joined Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC). Last week, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade Manqoba Khumalo unveiled Andile Dlamini as the new Communications Officer of the Commerce Ministry. This was during a press conference held at the head office of the Ministry in Mbabane.
