MBABANE – The country’s professional golfers James Pennington and Mandla Dlamini Jnr are set for the big stage in the E2.5 million sponsored Mopani Zambia Open.
The tournament is under the Sunshine Tour and it will be played for over four rounds, starting on Thursday with the final day on Sunday (June 13th – 16th, 2024) at the prestigious Nkana Golf Club.
There are about 120 professional golfers from all over the world who have entered for the tournament, according to the sunshinetour.com.
The two golfers are based in South Africa, the home of the Sunshine Tour. The Sunshine tour is the Sunshine Tour is a men’s professional golf tour based in Southern.
The tournament will be dominated by golfers from Africa, especially Zambia. Others will come from countries including Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, England, South Korea and Portugal among others.
