MBABANE – South African duo Artwork Sound, Darque, Gazi, Tharo, The Bishops,Le Soul, and Expo have been added to Phase 2 of the House Musiq Fest line-up.
The fifth edition of the festival will be held on March 30 this year at Manzini Club. The Phase 2 line-up was released on Friday.
Artwork Sound is a SA music band that produces soul music and general Amapiano sounds. It consists of George Lesley and Soultronixx. George Lesley hails from Sebokeng in the Vaal and is a bass guitarist, DJ,and music producer.
The phase two line-up was confirmed by Swazi Boy Public Relations Officer (PRO) Nokwanda Sibandze, who shared with this publication that now they have released the other seven artists. Two weeks ago, they revealed seven artists as well, which include the legendary house music DJ Vinny da Vinci, Ace4nic, Cece & Mthizo,DJ Benny,Ndumz DJ,Soul Freakah, and more! Sooks will also perform at the festival.
She said, “We have concluded the phase two line-up of the colloest festival and have added the last seven artists who will be part of the festival. Artwork sounds need no introduction, and if you want to see them do what they do best, get yourself a ticket and join us at Manzini Club on March 30.”.
Sibandze went on to say , “The one and only Darque joins the House Musiq Fest, and you already know it’s going to be a great time as he knows way around the decks. Make sure you get your tickets early. It’s worth mentioning that The Bishops will be making a comeback due to popular demand, as they did before.”
