EPN: The service it provides?

Lwazi: Our main focus is building scalable web solutions for Eswatini through our Coding Boot Camp where aspiring developers and developers meet to code from each other. We share ideas, collaborate, and assist each other with personal projects. If you are looking to jump into web/product development, now is your chance.

Developers will also work together to build the next generation of products. Products will be developed and supported by boot campers only, everyone’s contribution will be made known on our website (coming soon) and other platforms. The more we work together, the stronger we are.

EPN: How do you instill positive energy in your company?

Lwazi: For me, it has always been about Eswatini building web scalable applications, that’s the whole objective, that’s the goal and I’m sure every Swati would love to see, that how to keep positive amongst boot campers

EPN: What type of leader are you?

Lwazi: I code live on-screen on every session while boot campers watch. That’s how I would describe myself in terms of leadership and personality.

EPN: What would you say to those aspiring to be executive directors, what challenges should they expect?

Lwazi: Challenge is convincing your team that the product you are working on will actually solve that particular problem in the sense that there are actually active users than being idle online. Writing code or building a competitive product is not easy especially today were

EPN: Did you see yourself where you are now?

Lwazi: Being able to bring my software idea to Life is and hosting a coding boot camp every week is something I always watch online back when I was still a student and being introduced to software development I really next thought I’d do someday
