In a short marketing video released by the IDCE, Head of Marketing Bhekiwe Zwane revealed that they fund any businesses which added value to the economy.

“What is important is that the business papers and everything that legitimises the business should be in order, and the business should be demonstrably successful and viable,” said Zwane.

One IDCE beneficiary, Mthunzi Mkhombe, a public transport owner at Siteki, was interviewed during the marketing video. Mthunzi has revitalised his old family business with the assistance of IDCE.

In an interview with IDCE, Mkhombe said he had a very good relationship with IDCE.

“They have treated me well and they welcomed me well.”

Mkhombe also revealed that he had a good relationship with IDCE since he started working with them in 2017.
