This is the Inyatsi Construction Group, which recently revealed that it scored another multimillion tender in Malawi. The construction guru revealed this yesterday in a statement that was released to the media and its social media pages.
This new announcement comes barely a week after the construction company announced that it was awarded a quarter billion tender in Mozambique.
According to the statement, the multinational company, Inyatsi Construction Group, continues to spread its wings across the African continent under the visionary leadership of its highly regarded chairman, Michelo Shakantu.
“Although the Shakantu-led conglomerate is headquartered in Eswatini, the group’s focus in recent years has been on expanding into other African markets and it is now reaping the rewards of strategically positioning itself as a continental player.
“The company, which is currently operating in nine countries, has scooped another multimillion tender in Malawi. This project follows a Mozambique one worth E286.7million and others in Uganda and Ivory Coast,” read the statement.
The statement also disclosed that Inyatsi Construction’s formidable reputation was backed by numerous capital projects in several African countries where it had met and often exceeded expectations.
“The latest tender will see the company do the work in the city of Mzuzu, Malawi. The E3 284 095 worth tender covers construction of a laboratory, cafeteria and change room at Mzuzu Depot over a period of 36 weeks.
“This award follows a successful bid which was conducted in an open tender process and Malawi will see Inyatsi’s exceptional work in the construction of the laboratory.
“Living up to its vision of striving to be Africa’s leading Integrated Business Partner, Inyatsi Construction has, in the last six months, been awarded other tremendous projects beyond the Kingdom’s borders,” read the statement.
The statement also read that these projects had a great positive impact in various communities as more jobs are created which leads to an economic boost. Inyatsi Construction’s growing footprint on the continent comes at a time when the company is celebrating 40 years of existence and the respected Eswatini-owned company will continue delivering state-of-the-art infrastructural projects, whilst flying the Kingdom’s flag high.
