MBABANE – Eswatini has gained valuable knowledge and resources through the partnership with International Social Security Association (ISSA).
This was said by the Minister of Labour and social security Phila Buthelezi yesterday (April 22, 2024) at Happy Valley when welcoming stakeholders from ISSA seminar which is scheduled to last for two days, the seminar technical seminar will be focusing on preventing fraud strengthening compliance and improving contribution collection.
Buthelezi highlighted the vital role that such forums play in addressing the myriad challenges faced by the public in accessing essential services. Minister Buthelezi underscored the critical importance of open dialogue and collective action in finding solutions to these issues, emphasising that the well-being and prosperity of the community hinges upon the efficacy of public services and the commitment of policymakers and practitioners to ensure that these are delivered in a just and equitable manner.
Marcelo Abi-Rami Caetano, Secretary of ISSA, emphasised that the seminar’s primary focus would be on safeguarding organizations and businesses against money fraud by reinforcing the adherence to best practices and protocols, in a concerted effort to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of service delivery.
