The last time MacG was in the country was last year, where he brought his partner in crime Sol Phenduka.

Macgyver Mukwevho born on November 6, 1988, also addressed as MacG, is a South African Disk Jockey. The Deejay and house music producer is best known for being the host of the youth program Craze on e.TV in 2000.

Five years into the show, he decided to move to greener pastures. He quit his job as a television host in 2005 for his Deejay work. The young man is no doubt among the most successful young dance DJs produced in South Africa.

The year 2018 saw the launch of his podcast and the release of the debut was in July. It has been a platform where many celebrated figures in the entertainment industry get interviewed.

He was caught up in a debate following his post for ‘his hate for gays’. The statement took away his job at YFM following a complaint tabled to BCCSA, in 2021 he won an award for podcaster of the year.
