MBABANE – Itende Worship Experience’s at Mpaka Africa Evangelical Church (AEC) brought praise and worship to the Lubombo Region on Friday (June 7, 2024).
The Mpaka community turned out in full force to welcome Itende Worship Experience on their first stop of the year. 13 artists and the Itende band kept the crowd on their feet for four hours, delivering an unforgettable night of praise and worship.
The road show’s purpose is to introduce the concept of the Itende Worship Experience to different regions across the country through church visits, campaigns, and marketing, all leading up to the grand event on November 29, 2024, featuring renowned South African artists.
Founded in December 2022 and launched on January 27, 2023, the Itende Worship Experience is the brainchild of visionary Easter Owami Sihlongonyane. Driven by its mission to introduce the power of Itende worship and provide a platform for the spiritual gift of worship.
Itende is a 100% local initiative and provides a platform for up-and-coming artists to showcase their talents and gain exposure in the public eye. Sponsors of the events include the International Christian Fellowship Centre, Purple Butterfly, Msholozi Communications, and Luda Films.
Mncobi Tsabedze, who was the MC at Mpaka shared exciting news that the next stop on the tour is scheduled for the first week of July. Details on the exact date and location will be announced in due course.
As the first stop of the Itende Experience tour showcased, the power of praise and energy of the performers left an unforgettable impression on attendees. With more stops planned throughout the country, the organisers are poised to touch more lives and leave a lasting impact on the spiritual landscape of Eswatini.
