MBABANE – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the National Emergency Response Council on HIV/Aids (NERCHA), Khanyakweze Mabuza is the new Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Health.
His Majesty King Mswati III has appointed Khanyakwezwe Mabuza, the CEO and further transferred Dr Simon Zwane to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development as the new Principal Secretary.
The appointments are with effect from Tuesday, 08 August 2023 and have been announced by Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini.
Worth mentioning is that Mabuza holds a Masters’s in Public Health Administration and has over 25 years of experience in the public health sector.
He has previously worked as a country representative at the United Nations and is a Public Health Specialist in International Health and Health Management.
Meanwhile, Dr Zwane has been holding the fort at the Ministry of Health for some time now.
When both gentlemen were reached for a comment, they could not be of help as their mobile cell phones were unavailable.
