KING’S BIRTHDAY IN MANKAYANE THIS YEAR

MBABANE – His Majesty King Mswati III’s birthday will be hosted in Mankayane in the Manzini Region this year.

This announcement was made yesterday by Minister for Home Affairs Her Royal Highness Princess Lindiwe has announced that the 56th King’s Birthday celebration will be held on April 19, 2024.

Princess Lindiwe shared this was His Majesty the King wish for his birthday to be celebrated in this town, which is under Ngwempisi Constituency. The Minister asked the traditional leaders, particularly those under Manzini Region, to help make the celebrations a success.

The Minister also shared the King’s gratitude for the support he has received from the people of Manzini and the country as a whole. She urged everyone to work together to make the King’s birthday celebration a memorable day.

In her address to the traditional leaders, Minister Lindiwe highlighted the important role that the traditional leaders played in the organisation of national events like the King’s birthday celebration.
