“Giving more than I take is my guiding philosophy in life. I try to be of service to others without any kind of agenda. All I want to do is make a modest difference in the world by being good to others. When I was still a student at UNESWA (Luyengo Campus), I witnessed the value that LEHAFO offered to people’s life and what that meant to the beneficiaries, which piqued my interest in offering my volunteering services, till this day!” . She further said ,
“ I am aware that we can assist someone in creating a better life for themselves and their family by improving their circumstances even if it is only one person. After then, this will contribute to generational transformation. I believe that these tiny deeds of kindness have a cascading effect that brings about further good deeds in the world.”
The Lend A Hand Charitable Organization consists of both former and current students of the UNESWA Luyengo Campus and has been providing food parcels , sanitary towels and went to the extent of providing shelter to some students.
