MBABANE- Fasten your dancing shoes and get ready to dance for the new single by award winning artist Thandolwethu Masuku, aka Lyrikal Busta.
The new hit song comes at a time when fun lovers in and out of the country are still swinging and turning to the ‘Kakhoza’ track by Young Zesh which features Lyrikal Busta.
Barely two weeks after breaking the internet with the ‘Kakhoza’ music video, Masuku has released his own track titled ‘Bantfwabami’
EPN Entertainment desk can mention with authority that the track will drop tomorrow (Friday).
According to the artist, the track will be released under his record label Upscale Live Records and distributed by the Orchard Music.
Masuku told EPN that the song is inspired by love and the things one can do for love.
He disclosed that the song was written from a head of the family perspective whereby a man has to go and hustle in order to feed his family and make ends meet.
When asked about challenges he faced during the production of the song, Busta said his mindset was always on solving a problem rather than focusing on one.
“I use my music as a tool to tackle social issues, educate and entertain. I always want to make an impact using my talent and if that is a problem then it is the only problem I face during my creative process,” he said.
The artist also revealed that ‘Bantfwabami’ is the first single from his upcoming album that will be titled ‘Afro Bliss’.
“We still have a couple of singles and videos coming out to create hype around the project, but I can only promise my fans that sometime next year we shall definitely get a Lyrikal Busta album,” he said.
The hip hop and Afro beat music sensation is under Upscale Live Records is at Mbabane in Eswatini and it is where he recorded his song.
Upscale Live Records is giving other records sleepless nights as it has also enjoyed the success of another artist under them Young Zesh. The song ‘KaKhoza’ which features Lyrikal Busta had a viewership of about 30 000 in just two weeks of its release and had everyone vibing to it. Other artists under Upscale Live Records are Sean Cast, HQ, Liz Haris and PIC.
