MBABANE– The masses have spoken!
Mandisa Mamba has been announced as one of the chosen artists who will be performing alongside entertainer and international DJ, Uncle Waffles today at the ‘Dragon’s Den’ at House on Fire in Malkerns.
This follows the release of the ‘Dragon’s Den’ line-up as people commented on Uncle Waffle’s post on her official Instagram account as to whom they would love to see performing alongside the ‘Tanzania’ hit maker.
Asked how she feels about this achievement, Mamba expressed excitement and gratitude to emaSwati and Uncle Waffle’s team for such an opportunity.
“I am super excited to be performing at the Dragon’s Den. I am grateful to Eswatini for securing me a spot by mentioning my name on her post on social media when she asked whom they thought was deserving of a slot on her show. I am also very grateful to her and her team.
“My stars must be aligned because I will be launching my album, then heading straight to share a stage with Uncle Waffles at her home coming event on the same night. What an amazing time to be alive,” said Mamba.
The other chosen artist was Thubillion, real name Thubelihle Magagula, a local DJ. Both chosen music artists expressed excitement on their social media platforms (Instagram) as they received this news. A large number of people have also shown support to these music artists and the event at large, expressing excitement as well as showing pictures of tickets that they have purchased.
Other artists set to perform at this event taking place tonight are Uncle Vinny, Kamo Mphela, Amarii, 2wo Bunnies, Venom and TXC. Mtha and Onicah will be the hosts during this event.
