President of the Rotary Club Buyani Fakudze thanked all who made the initiative possible.

“Congratulations to all the children who benefitted from this initiative today. We hope that this will go a long way towards brightening their future endeavors.

“We are thankful to the Ministry of Education and Training for helping us identify pupils in the Hhohho region who needed solar lamps.

“We also thank Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC) for giving out the solar lamps to these children for free. This was a very selfless act because they are actually mandated to make a profit from these solar lamps. “The company has taken a lead towards helping disadvantaged pupils improve their grades,” said Fakudze.
