MBABANE – Ncobile Mukasa, a dedicated advocate for mental health, has been awarded the prestigious 2023 Fulbright Scholarship to pursue her Masters in Psychology at The New School in New York City.
According to the US Embassy, this incredible achievement recognizes Ncobile’s commitment to raising awareness about mental health and promoting equitable access to mental healthcare services.
The Embassy added that, Ncobile’s selection for the Fulbright Scholarship is a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field of psychology. This scholarship will provide her with the opportunity to gain further knowledge and skills at The New School, a renowned institution in New York City.
The Embassy also added that, upon completing her studies, Ncobile is determined to return to Eswatini and contribute to the ongoing initiative of ensuring that emaSwati possess accurate knowledge about mental health.
