MBABANE– Nedbank has sponsored the Sibebe Survivor challenge with a whooping E250 000.
Nedbank Eswatini in partnership with the Rotary Club of Mbuluzi-Mbabane launched the annual Sibebe Survivor Challenge yesterday.
The noble event, which brings together corporates and individuals with more than 5 000 participants, is set to take place on July 30, 2023, at Sibebe.
“The challenge aims to promote individual fitness, and encourage team building whilst also showcasing the second largest granite rock in the world, the Sibebe Rock,” said Rotary Club Vice President Buyani Fakudze.
Fakudze further mentioned that 100 per cent of all proceeds from the challenge go back to the communities. “COVID-19 set us back on our community work however we are ready and expecting more people to show up this year. All proceeds from this challenge are given back to the community and we also support programs including Diabetes Eswatini. We are grateful for the love and support from emaSwati and Nedbank who have supported us for the past 18 years,” said Fakudze.
