MANZINI – A new kid on the block!
A new entertainment stable, SS Entertainment, will be launched next Saturday at Platinum 24 (the former Mario’s in Manzini).
The launch is scheduled to start at 6pm, and the dress code is smart casual. Performances will be by Mckomzer (Zeque), Itsallblaq, Sbu De Drum DJ, Yamkela, and SS Entertainment DJs, it will be hosted by Thando.

This was confirmed by the founder and director of the new stable, Thando Ntshangase who shared with this publication that there is no joining fee to be part of the stable, but they recruit when they see potential.
He said: “Honestly, there are a lot of elements that inspired me to launch my stable, and that would include the artistry works of artists, Public Relations (PR), hospitality, music business, and artist investments.”
He went on to add: “As someone who’s not that old in the entertainment industry, I’ve realised that the above have been most artists’ downfalls and basically key elements to work on. I want to bring out the best in each of these for our few artists in our stable.”
When asked who he has worked with since establishing the new stable, he said: “I have so far worked with DJ Maphi, UrCousinphayo, who is also our legal adviser since he is a lawyer, Mckomzer (Ntombizeqwaqwa), who is a nurse by profession, DJ Maradona, DJ Skullboi, and DJ Snolove, best known as The Best Duo, myself, and other friends who are in the industry.”
According to Ntshangase, these are the benefits of joining the stable for artists:
- At SS Entertainment, we want to work on a tailor-made style of management according to the needs of the artists. We don’t want a blanket approach that may deny the individual bringing out their best because certain dynamics are unconsidered.
- So we will make sure our own artists and entertainers within the stable get proper PR for marketing purposes and branding. A proper wardrobe that best suits each ‘taste in music and branding.
- Provide knowledge with regards to music business copyrights and also register their craft with the necessary institutions for royalties as they sell their products in the industry.
- Last but not least, enhance relations with other foreign stables for proper content and relevant material for our artists and entertainers to grow and be exposed to diverse audiences in the market space of the industry.
- Of course, as we grow together with our creatives or stakeholders, we will make improvements and developments in each and every area of our expertise to ensure sustainable growth and success for the stable and her family.
