MBABANE – Nsingizini Hotspurs has made a bold move by introducing a new Chief Executive Officer.
Derrick Shiba, the President of the club, has appointed Banele Ngobe as new CEO.
It is said Ngobe had been working behind the scenes in the club for many years and will bring vast experience in management and administrative expertise.
In a press statement released by thie club, Shiba expressed his delight in appointing Ngobe for the role of CEO, which is an essential step towards achieving the club’s future vision.
He said the CEO’s role is crucial in overseeing the significant volumes of work and challenges that need addressing going forward.
“Ngobe will handle the day-to-day responsibilities, enabling the President to focus on significant strategic plans for the club, “ it has been stated.
Shiba also highlighted Ngobe’s experience and expertise in the field, and he believes that he will be an essential asset in ensuring the business develops and rolls out their plans to engage more fully with fans and sponsors at all levels.
In conclusion, “On behalf of everyone connected to the club, I’d like to welcome Mr. Ngobe and wish him every success in his new role,” the President said.
The appointment of new CEO is viewed as another step by the club to improve its performance and increase fan engagement.
