MBABANE- Improving services for the public!

Looking towards bettering the public service in the country, the Ministry of Public Service has been working on building positive mind-sets among managers from different entities and inspiring them to work hard in ensuring that public service in the country is of the best quality.

Through facilitating a workshop where managers were allowed to discuss and share the information which they would, later on, share with the people they work with, the ministry has imparted knowledge that will assist many entities in providing quality public service across all sectors in the kingdom of Eswatini.

In an interview on Eswatini TV, Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Public Service Sipho Tsabedze stated that the main aim of the facilitated workshop was to share information with the different managers from entities across the country, allowing them to share this information with their employees.

“The biggest goal of this workshop is to ensure that the managers who are here share the information that has been imparted to them with the people they work with,” said Tsabedze.

As some of the objectives of the ministry are to attain effective general public service management, performance improvement, and promote ethics and accountability, the ministry is working to provide programs that will work towards these ensuring that the country’s public service is developed.
