MBABANE – Music on the Ramp!
This holds true to the collaboration between Sancheziey, who is working with Eswatini’s internationally accredited model, Snowee on his latest song.
Up-and-coming local songwriter and performer Sancheziey, born Mkhuleko Mangwe, is working with Eswatini’s renowned international model Snowee, born Nolwazi Simelane, on a song titled Ye Snowee. The song is expected to be released at the end of this month.
When reached for comment, Sancheziey shared with this publication how the collaboration came to life. He said, “Snowee is featured in the video and the project as well. She will also be a guest at the release party for the song. The initiative of assisting young girls who are into modelling will be launched when the song is released.”
With his charisma, the Afro-pop artist dedicated his second verse to the Global Supermodel Award winner of 2020. From there, that was the beginning of a business relationship between the two celebrities. According to Sancheziey, he wrote the song in which he affectionately confessed his love to the model.
Quoting Snowee’s words exactly after she heard the song “Wow, I don’t know what to say. You seem to know everything about me. This is so overwhelming.”
When asked when the video of the song would be available, he said, “The video is not yet ready; in fact, preparations for it will start after the release party, which is set for this month. Actually, the video will be shot in mid-February this year.”
Sancheziey, known for running the well-established label Ariel Empire for the past two years, has now diversified his musical approach to only focus on himself as a brand. In that move, he recently gained massive numbers at the crowning of Mr Eswatini 2023 event that was held at Happy Valley Casino, last month, where he performed his hit song titled Ding Dong.
The international runway and editorial model is now based in South Africa; she confirmed that, as soon as she comes home this month, more will unfold in relation to the song. In regard to the documentation of the full release and promotion plan of the song, Ariel Empire’s personal assistant, Thabo Dlamini, requested Sancheziey ‘s fans to sit tight and wait as more details will be released soon.
