MBABANE – The Small Enterprise Development Company (SEDCO) has trained different multipurpose cooperatives (MPCs) from Ludzeludze Constituency.
The different MPCs include Inzuzo Yemandla Etfu, Siyatiphilisa, and Mbekelweni. The aim of training these MPCs is to empower them with cutting-edge training on business planning and management, quality production, marketing, and accessing funding. Other Tinkhundla to be covered include; Motjane, Lamgabhi, Kukhanyeni, Lobamba, and Mhlangeni.
These training sessions are designed to be pragmatic, allowing SEDCO to assist cooperatives in creating business plans that can be confidently submitted to financiers to access business loans. This initiative falls under the European Union in Eswatini and International Trade Centre project, which seeks to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing support to the cooperatives to create more jobs, boost innovation and enhance productivity. Let’s work together to build a stronger and more sustainable future for our communities.
SEDCO is highly committed to fulfilling its mandate of offering unwavering support to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tinkhundla centres. Meanwhile, SEDCO is inviting entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs from Siteki and surrounding areas to occupy its vacant workshops in its Siteki estate. The estate can be found along the road to the Mhlumeni Border Post. For information about workshop sizes and prices, those interested should WhatsApp 7611 0445 or call 25052752.
