MBABANE – Eswatini is becoming the hub for entertainment!
It is safe to say that Eswatini is becoming a tourist attraction for international artists, as not less than seven South African renowned artists will spend the Easter weekend in the Kingdom entertaining locals.
The artists are Kabza de Small, De Mthuda, DJ Tira, Christos, Lwa Ndlunkulu, Dr. Buselephi, and Vinny DaVinci.
It is also worth mentioning that the House Musiq Fest on Saturday is also bringing other South African artists, including Artwork Sound lAce4nic, Cece & Mthizo, DJ Benny, Ndumz DJ, Soul Freakah, Monique Bingham, Ras Ned Music, Fizz& Shai-A, and many more.
De Mthuda is a South African record producer, and DJ De Mthuda will perform tonight at Mdzimba View Shisanyama for DJ Mawillies birthday celebration. Mthuthuzeli Gift Khoza, known commonly by his stage name De Mthuda, is a South African record producer and DJ. He is best known for his singles titled Shesha Geza and John Wick.
Kabza de Small is a South African DJ and record producer. He will be the headliner at the debut of the Balcony Groove tonight at Ocean Cuisine Restaurant and Bar at Riverstone in Manzini.Kabza De Small, born Kabelo Petrus Motha, has been referred to as the king of the amapiano genre. He is considered one of the best-selling music artists of Amapiano and also one of the pioneers of the genre. With his breakthrough in 2018, he played an instrumental role in popularising the amapiano genre.
Christos is a South African DJ, popularly known as the Godfather of House. Born Christos Katsaitis is scheduled to perform at The Hot Bar tomorrow. The show is dubbed Good Friday Music. Christos is also among the most respected house producers. He is the co-founder of Kalawa Label and his own label, Katsaitis Music.
Lwa Ndlukulu, a South African Afro-pop singer, will be the headliner at The Subway Restaurant on Saturday at Piggs Peak. She won’t be alone, but with the Mbanqanga queen, Dr. Buselaphi, who is also from SA. Born Lwandile Mtshali, she is a singer and songwriter from Hluhluwe in KwaZulu Natal. She is signed to Nkabi Records, also known as the Nkabination First Lady. She released her debut single, titled Ithuba, which became her first biggest song and was certified platinum by the recording industry in South Africa.
DJ Tira South African Kwaito, Gqom artist, and record producer DJ Tira is billed to perform at Ka Langa Sports Ground tomorrow. Born Mthokozisi Khathi is a South African DJ, record producer, Kwaito and Gqom artist, and businessman. He was born 47 years ago in KwaHlabisa, KwaZulu Natal. He pioneered Durban’s House and Kwaito scenes in the early 2000s, transforming the coastal city into South Africa’s dance, music, and entertainment hub.
Vinncy Da Vinci, the most celebrated and decorated house music DJ in Africa, the legendary Vinny da Vinci, will be one of the headliners of House Musiq Fest.
