Mbabane- With the ongoing customer service week, renowned Mbabane chill and entertainment spot, Solanis, went all out with appreciating their exceptional customer service representatives.
The Solanis slogan ‘We Passionate About You’ really showed people what the entity meant this customer service week.
Solanis has been trending on Facebook after awarding and gifting their representatives (staff) with certificates of Customer Service Excellence Award, a gift card and a two nights stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mbabane.
Social media followers of the popular hangout spot was flooded with congratulatory comments sections under each representative they knew, congratulating them on their well-deserved awards.
Customers were not left out in receiving gifts for being loyal customers as yesterday each customer was treated to a complimentary six pack of Budweiser’s.
The hotspot is not ending their celebrations just yet as tonight, fun lovers can experience the best customer service at the ‘White with A Touch of Gold’ theme for the Toxik VIP birthday party.
South African acts including Blaq Diamond, Aubrey Qwana, Felo Le Tee will be performing.
Eswatini Positive News entertainment desk spoke to Sebanele ‘Dope Deep’ Xaba who is a part of Solanis Entertainment.
Xaba said that it was DJ Toxik’s birthday party so partnered with Solanis in that Solanis would provide the venue for the celebration and DJ Toxik would be bringing all the South African acts to Eswatini. The show starts at 6pm.
